My Client Drive - WD BLUE 2TB PORTABLE DRIVE
before happing drive is fully perfect working & hdsentinel show everything is fine performance 100% health 100%
but after attached drive to laptop maybe due too bad power drive not running well give me head stucking sound & drive not showing on pc not in every recovery software...

HEAD IS STUCKING IN HOME & JUST CLICKING

& now when attached drive to pc it's just some head clicking noise & then power off drive just on blue light nothing show anything in PC.

If head is stuck on the platter, then you need to take the drive to a proper recovery lab with a clean room to gently move the heads back on the ramp.

One thing is that usb adapter might not be able to supply enough power to operate correctly. Often the usb ports on many laptops and pc's display this issue.
So to be certain you would have to connect the drive directly to a sata port, preferably on a pc system. If the clicking and spin down issue still exists then power off immediately and get it checked by a pro.
