I have recently updated TS to UDMA v7. I am finding menus and options very new as I am not familier with interface.
I am not aware of newer technologies like SED etc.
I have got a WD my passport 2TB disk. It is detected as charger family,
Disk is slow and showing random speeds .Though I have copied entire MFT 90% data is missing .
What should I do now. I have heard that any attempt to manipulate firmware will result in drive erasing itself.

Do you have an unlocked SATA PCB for it? And a USB to SATA converter board? Getting around the SED on these is quite a process.

Oh No. I have just began experimenting with new version. Possibly I will have to give up this job.
