windows 10 security frozen status.

Hi

Windows 10 seems to mark my drive as security frozen and wont let me send locking commands from with in windows 10 to the onboard sata ports.

If I power the drive when the OS is booted to reset the frozen status tools still show the status is frozen when in older versions of windows this worked.

are all drive lockang and unlocking functions disabled in windows 8 and later ??

I can send custom scsi commands to usb devices and unlock and lock them but not native ports.
