Seagate Ironwolf ST4000VN008. Drive was damaged by a faulty power supply. 5V TVS diode was shorted, along with 2 5v 0hm resistors. Replaced those, but while I get 5V on the first resistor, I only get .08 on the second and the new tvs diode and surrounding caps. So clearly there's an addition fault, any tips on tracking it down?

Thanks. Photo attached.

The resistors should be vertical, not horizontal.
