Raid 5 Data recovery

I am doing Raid Recovery
I have a five Hard Drives, each has capacity of 10TB
Kindly Guide me how to recover data from these Hard Drives. What steps i need to follow in order to recover data from Raid.

First step to read basic about all type of raids. Second to find suitable software and buy license. Last step is to find proper layout and build it in application.
