Hi

I am trying to recovery ST500LM021-1KJ152 (HDD. not SSHD)
Resource backup complete.
but When I try to access the data, the sector read is very slow (3.0KB ~ 9.0KB) and readiness timeout and turn off drive...
I tried head swap but same.

What can I do next?

It has firmware problems as well.
What firmware tools do you have? And how do you plan to clone the drive?

PC3000 works well for those tasks

Address the firmware problem and then clone in Data Extractor.
