ST500LM021 recovery

Hi

I am trying to recovery ST500LM021-1KJ152 (HDD. not SSHD)
Resource backup complete.
but When I try to access the data, the sector read is very slow (3.0KB ~ 9.0KB) and readiness timeout and turn off drive...
I tried head swap but same.

What can I do next?

What firmware tools do you have? And how do you plan to clone the drive?
