SAMSUNG HM641JI no spin

Hello
I have a SAMSUNG HM641JI that will not spin. But if i put a donor pcb it spins but not detected.
Can anyone please help me to fix if there is any error with the attached firmware.

does it spit anything out on its serial port?

I suspect that the donor's ROM code may be incompatible with the patient's MOVLY001 SA module.

yes, that's almost sure, my question was about the patient pcb.
