ST2000LM003 HN-M201RAD-2BE10001 No Spin but DRD DSC

Drive doesn't spins but within half second of giving power it shows below terminal output and gets DRD DSC .

I tried PCB Swap , Same output.

I do have the Original ROM file with checksum error, so i can't write it back .

Need Help here .
