How many "green dots" in MHDD should be deemed unacceptable?

Hi, in another thread I mentioned that I may have damaged a drive and am trying to salvage the data in it by backing it up to a newly bought drive.

The newly bought drive is WD20EZAZ blue 2T.

I used MHDD to perform a scan on it and upon 52.5%, there already are 4 green dots (150ms).

Back in the old days of 2017 or so I could do the green series for 100% without a single green dot.

Is this acceptable for a newly bought hard drive?
