afaik ACE pc3k-pci has 3 prices :

cis countries - $1088
china - $1600
others - $2000 plus shipping plus export tax $400+

Even $2500.00 is reasonable for pc3k-pci but when a company tries
to manipulate prices in different parts of the world I think they making a mistake -
because this will piss some people off - and pissed off people
can easy be tempted to use cracked versions.

Also ace likes to sign contracts - 6 weeks for delivery and when some hw card is broken
it can take a good customer 3 weeks or more to be back in business.

so maybe ace should reconsider their pricing policy and delivery method.

I'm very sorry to hear you are going to retire your presence here. It is sad, because one of the most interesting things here is to have discussion with some REAL expert, like you are. This is an hard question, but probably only people with some white hairs start thinking at it. I'm in 40 years, so probably I think in a different manner. Patience, study, respect, fair confrontation, investing in own knowledge. In my country most of the (young) people look for easy life, easy money = pushbutton solutions. A statistical study said most of young people have as their plan to become a soccer player or a TV showgirl, best dream to enter in a Big Brother Reality TV Show, so you can be famous knowing anything.

money (and Google says thanks). It is a war. Attack or defence ? I prefer to be on my own path, I've no energy and time to fight with the right force, like you. I prefer to continue without hearing them, going on my feet, discarding offenses.

I agree I think alot of problems come from "Lost in translation" between languages. I used to post on here and other groups. Then someone said "Thanks" for some info and I lost money :O(
