Tried to Remove ATA Password from ST500LM030-1RK17D-070 by replacing Donor 30A but not successful.

Sysfile 226 contains the copy of 30A then replaced that section with donor 30A content and wrote 226 and 30A Solved the issue

I would think that the logical approach to researching this issue would be to take an unlocked donor, dump its resources, then lock it and dump its resources again. Then compare the before-and-after dumps and analyse the differences.

A bit of enchanced info... Rosewood drives have so called "Quick Boot". Its a super-module, containing diskFW,translator, 2A,30A etc. When a QB is active - HDD does not actually read conventional modules (only when updating). So, in TS's case writing just a 30A had no effect as hdd used 0_226. Ah, for 0xAF rosewood this super-file is 0_227. The indicator if QB is active is seen in terminal log as "QB" on hdd start. If it does not say QB - it means hdd is using conventional modules only.

Interesting and thanks or sharing. When/how does the QB become active?
