I will start from your last point. Who said this type of recovery will cost 'thousands of euro'??? If the drive is not clicking, spins up and stays spinning and no data access (which is a very common scenario), then the price should be in the range of 200-500 euros max. But even if it's clicking and assuming there is no media damage, by no means the price will be 'thousands of euros'. On the other hand, if the drive has media damage and it is scratched, there's nothing you can do anyway.
Anyway, if you decide to go DIY that's fine, but first you have to accept the big likelihood that you mess something up and then... it will be a bad day for everyone.
If that's ok with you, then you need to solder wires to a SATA connector and then to E71, E72, E73 and E75, after you remove those crystals. If you do a search on this forum there are pictures wth the outcome. Then, connect to SATA and solve the original problem of the drive, and that will allow you to access data. Maybe. Man, consult a DR lab before you mess it up and/or lose a lot of time.
