Knows somebody which model of WD has compatible heads for this hdd ?

in WD unlock utility it shows
that it is SPYGLASS2
so probably it's not compatible with WD40NMZW-11GX6S1

Based only about the information on the label - that's all you need to find a twin disc.
However, if they differ or similar - you must have such a disk (donor) in your hand.
Then - to be sure - you need to unlock the patient and donor roms.
And compare three parameters:
Surface format revision
Preamp Vendor
Preamp revision
Of course, with a consistent number of heads and their mapping....

Although all these 3 are from the same SpyGlass family, you need to check the number of heads for your 3 TB HDD. The number of heads can differ from 4 TB HDD.
