WD10EZEX head swap parameters

Hello,

I have a WD10EZEX-08Y20A0 drive that needs a heads swap. I searched on ebay but it's very hard t find a donor with the same second part of the Model number.

I found a donor with a compatible DCM but the date and the second part of the drive don't match.

Are these 2 drives compatible? (the first one is the patient drive and the second one is the donor drive)

They look compatible, however you should check the most important thing, which is the preamp version.

The Preamp version is the same.

I swapped the heads, and it works like a charm!
