Hi I have got a Seagate ST4000DM004 P/N 2U9104-300 3.5" Internal Drive, Problem is with the PCB diode was short and even after replacing diode, PCB still has problem as pc3k cant read rom so I read rom by rom programmer and wrote the patient rom in donor PCB after writing I get the below terminal output : I even had a doubt whether rom was overwritten but the client had directly brought it to me.

Flash boot code Digital Signature Verification failure!
0x00000001
0x00000001
0x00000001
0x00000001
0x00000001
SEA5 Boot ROM 1.0 (06/01/2017)
Copyright Seagate 2017-VM000

since its a new model so I even tried swapping the rom physically to donor PCB still same problem can somebody help me fix the rom.

Could it be that the donor's MCU has a unique key?

What is wrong with the patient PCB?

Flow a blob of solder over the zero-ohm resistors. They will probably be open circuit. If you don't know what I'm talking about, upload a photo or at least tell us the PCB number.
