Hello,
Is there any way to access SA on those HGST drives?
The drive spin up heads moves from parking area and the drive continue spinning (ABRT).

Is there a way to access SA - yes.
Are there commercial tools available - no.

Outsource it.

Is this a typical issue of head/s failure? Or is it really a FW problem?
