July 18th, 2012, 3:11

I have hards model "ST500DM002 and ST1000DL002" that when i connect these to pc3000 only BSY is ON and CTRL+Z doesn't work in seagate utility .i wait one houre or more for ready state but unfortunately only BSY is on continous and CTRL+Z doesn't work.Too many hards from these models are brought with common problem for recovery and repair.
when i switch power off and on ST500DM002,i see almost following terminal log :

Seems like problems working with the SA.

Any funny sounds?

What is the history on the drive? What does the owner think happen?
