I have two ST4000DM000-1F2168 CC54 in two different PCs. They are quite old but the performance is still ok. However they both show a strange behaviour. I don't know if they developed this recently with the move to Windows 11.
If I copy a large number of files, after around 10 seconds they stall for about 5 seconds. Then they resume copying normally.
Is this a knows issue that has a solution, or should I replace them with more modern HDDs?
