Hi there!

I bought this hard drive in may, it started making a clicking(beeping) sound while copying.
I try in another PC, the problem is same. It didn't fall, it wasn't knocked.
I don't know how good the video is, but that's what it does:

Spin up, quite head moving noise, beep, beep, spin down, then again.
Here is the video:

Thank you anything help!

That doesn't seem right at all. Seems like power failure.
I would send it back since it's under warranty.

Yes, but my data will be lost. If it's just a panel fault, I'd try to replace it with one of the same type. If it's a mechanical error, I won't try.

Try with a better PSU, maybe it could help.
Just replace PCB will not work. You need to swap ROM too and that if not well done, might void your warranty!

I tried in another pc, and with external usb case.
If the panel is faulty and the replacement solves it, then my data is more important than the warranty.

Hello, this is likely a Firmware problem (2nd level translator) with some surface damage, not PCB related.
It requires somebody who has the gear and knows what to do with it. 'No user serviceable parts inside...'

Totally agree. Thats a VeniceR Family SMR Drive. Very strange behavior of those. Got them a lot recently.
