Many options,,,
-Hotswap if you have the same HDD
-Write any ROM and access SA with LDR (SPT 1980 DF1 for example)
-Terminal if you have proper tools
-Finally, outsource

Then you will gain access to SA. Then use the MRT function to rebuild the ROM.
