I got MAC Studio A2615 and after removing the SSD from it, I cannot find any adapter to read it, also searching online about it an article says the SSD is encrypted by T2 chip on the motherboard and the only way to read data is fix the motherboard.

Does anyone had SSD like this< or know to recover the data from it?

It's not an SSD. It's just a storage module consisting of 4 x KIC225 NANDs, ie no flash controller.

Is there a way to recover data without repairing the whole PC?

If it's encrypted, and you manage to dump the NANDs, then what will you do?

The data is probably encrypted with FileVault. If you have not backed up the recovery key, there is no way to decrypt the data
