Then use something other than Android.

Check the fuses (marked with "s"). Also measure the voltages at the inputs and outputs of the "AYUN" e-fuse.

MP5094, Monolithic Power, dual channel 5V/12V current limit switch, marking AYUy, TSOT23-8:

It appears that both sides of the e-fuse are open-circuit. That's unusual.

Can you measure the resistance between ground and each of the dark blue and dark yellow pins (with power off)? I'm just trying to confirm that the outputs are not being overloaded by problems downstream.

Both those resistances are much too low. That said, your meter would have to be very accurate to read the resistances to 2 decimal places. Are you sure you don't mean kilohms instead of ohms?

Could we see a photo of the whole PCB?

Did you do anything to cause the damage to your PCB, eg a misadventure with modular PSU cables?

Yup its Kilo Ohms!

I don't understand why that would have caused an electronic fault. In any case, the HDD would most likely have an additional internal fault.

Measure the resistances between ground and each of the marked test points.

If the resistances are OK, then you should be able to safely bridge 5Vin to 5Vout, and 12Vin to 12Vout. However, I would be very wary of doing this in your case because your story doesn't make sense.

Any feedback?

Do you need instructions on how to measure a resistance?

I suspect that V3 might be grounded. If so, then this area is probably the negative supply for the preamp.

Otherwise everything looks OK. I would bridge 5Vin to 5Vout and 12Vin to 12Vout. This will bypass both sides of the e-fuse.

Should I've to short it or what??

"Bridge" means "add a shorting link between the two points".
