using a compact seagate ST500LM030 2.5" hdd in an aluminum enclosure case, does the HDD PCB touch the aluminum and cause a short circuit?

I tried consulting Mystic Meg, but she also could not figure out exactly what enclosure. Googled HDD enclosure and there is over 483487337423723 different enclosures.

put a protective plastic sheet in there to insulate it?? I think there is actually a short circuit somewhere...
