 Post subject: WD external HD 1TB has red arrow in the disk management

Dear Experts
I have got a WD external 1TB USB hard drive when I connect it on different computers win10 OSs and different USB ports (means tried more than one PCs with different USBs),,,,,has red arrow in the disk management
I have got data on it what should I do to recognize it without losing data ?

The drive looks healthy, so this could be your solution:

Are you referring to the The first option in the Disk menu ? If so it is for the internal WD hard drive not external WD

Sorry, I was confused. If CDI is not detecting the drive, then it has an internal fault.
