I'm trying to unlock this ROM with PC3K but getting access violation error. Can someone try to unlock this for me? Thanks!
Already bypass usb and made a SATA connection.

I unlocked it with MRT, you might try.
Inside the rar archive the are 2 type of unlocked rom.
1. Unlocked ROM
2. Unlocked ROM with mod 411 disabled
