SpyGlass SED lock. Which ROM module?

I'm just trying to learn how to manually unlock these ROMs. Which ROM module determines if SED tech lock is enabled or not? I appreciate any pointers :) Thanks

PC3000 will tell you and do it for you
Regarding SED it is SED v2 that is not possible to decrypt without the original PCB
