QNAP NAS 8x4TB Drives, unsure of the original configuration, but seems RAID 10 with 14TB Storage Pool
Device shows the storage pool still occupying 7TB of space. However, the Volume appears recreated. Customer says no changes has been done, but QNAP support confirmed the RAID 10 has been recreated.
We can see the data in RAW mode with R-Studio or ReclaiMe, but would be ideal if we can recover the data with its folder structure as it was well organised.
We managed to reconstruct it as RAID 0 Stripe (based on the ReclaiMe Raid Recovery tool) and see the folders, but files are not available.

QNAP raid structures can get far more complex than those apps you downloaded. I'm assuming what you found in 'raw' mode doesn't work? as you only posted a photo of .gif files that are less than 1500 bytes. We are use to solving small and large government qnap systems if you need to outsource.

Thanks for the feedback. Sending it away currently is not an option. Although remote paid support is.
We can see non corrupted personal files, JPG, etc. in RAW mode and can be recovered. It's just inconvenient for the customer to loose the folder structure as it is well curated.
It is strange for us that we can see the folder structure and can access the data in RAW format after "recreated" Volume.
We understand everybody protects their business, and we do not aim to jeopardise it. Unfortunately, customer is not in a stage to send it for a heavy-duty RAID recovery.
