HGST HTS541010A9E680- wierd noises

After trying to install w7 I was greeted with wierd noises from the HDD. It hanged the installer too.
So I tried to LLF using the llf tool from here. At first everything was going smoothly until it got to around LBA 10,000,000 and it started doing the weird head noises. Smart only shows around 500 bad sectors.
My first thought was one of the heads was stuck to the platter, but that doesn't make much sense (to me).
I guess its gonna be a screwed sector that is damaged so badly it makes the heafs freak out.

Tbh there are some bad blocks which even HDTUNE quick scan shows. Although that one finishes while the full scan and any other method of writing/verifying stuff fails at the same block.
So I am quite stumped now at what might be the issue. From my understanding the drive writes to top side of first platter, then when that's full it goes onto the backside of the first platter and so on, which would debunk my theory about a head being stuck. BUT if the drive did write to all the platters simultaneously and the drive only needs one head to initialize then my theory with the heads might be true.
