First I would like to ask for aplogies to all that I had ofend here , also to all that think that I did something that is not right.

After some posts that I'm seeing here and somethings that is happening here, we had here in my office a meeting this morning and after all things that we talked I start to realize that I'm doing some mistakes here. Also companies an professionals can have some problems with what I'm seeing here, so we decide this:

1- All related matter about PC3000, we think that can be discussed at PC3000 Forum.
2- All daubts about PC3000 , need to be send to Acelab support.
3- Help in PC3000 uses, can be post at PC3000 user list.
4- People that made PC3000 does theyer work and they need to be payed, same then everyone that work.

2- All daubts about HRT , need to be send to HRT support.
3- Help in HRT uses, can be post at HRT user list.
4- People that made HRT does theyer work and they need to be payed, same then everyone that work.

2- All daubts about Salvationdata, need to be send to Salvationdata support.
3- Help in Salvationdata uses, can be post at Salavationdata user list, if they have one.

We will never talk about this here anymore, we can say thing about our experience but not about particularitities of theses products.

We also would like to ask apologies to all companies that sell theses products if they think that we in any way had donne something that had caused any kind of damage to you.

I don't think you have to apologise to any software manufacturer.

There are thousands of books which talk about programs in detail with step by step and workarounds and more.

They just acknowledge the copyright of the author.

So I think ace, bvg and salvD are all big enough to look after themselves
and nobody can offend them by writing about their products.

Do you go to MS only for info. on their products ??

If you give away your own secrets or procedures, which I did not see, that is another matter. If you did just edit these out.

I agree a bit with Jose, but I have a kind of different point of view about this matter. I agree that we should discuss problems related to PC3k at ACE's forum because I am against the pirated copies of the complex just because I (and fujimax, jose and many others) paid and will pay a lot of bucks for the complex and the support. I don't see why the owners of the pirated stuff shall get free support here and anywhere else. BTW they get it. It might sound a bit unsocial and not friendly, but think of it.

Here is MHDD Forum, and
MHDD support is all that I will discuss.
If I do not start something , things will take proportions that will not be good for anyone.
One thing is discussions another is prescription on HD services.
To discuss , hard disk no problem.
But to start to talk about prescrition, NO.
People here just forgott that this is an open BOARD, and here comes a lot of END USERS, and they have no condition to do our job.
So they will start to do mess at the disks, and all of us will be responsable for this.
So MHDD is ( at least until now ) a FREEWARE utility and we can discuss about it.
I saw here this week a post with ACELAB instruction about one job, and this is not nice. People do not know difference in discussions and prescriptions.
Is not only the money that I payed for PC3000 and all others tools that I have in my lab, and I have a lot of tools. This is about my job and the job of people that does DATA RECOVERY to live.

just lets us let things a little bit clear, I do not ask help . and this will not be a impediment to what I wrote at the email.
I just ask you about things that you wrote, and I when I did this ( and when I do this ) is because I do not agree with what you or others are saying. This does not means that I do not need help.
Just read my email.

To all here, anyone that need help with the use of PC3000, just use the PC3000 user list. Put your message there.

And I juts stop to write here, because something could be start to go to other direction. And I think that I was right. People will start to write here prescriptions.

Please, I beg to all you to understand our position. we do not have any kind of afraid or fear.
This board do not represent anything in Recover market, at least the market that we are now.
Also the prescription that we are seeing here, used by persons without the proper knowledge will produce only new damage drivers.

I would like to repeet what we allways say here:
We only need the job, we do not need files , we do our home work we have backups. At all disks that could be recovered that will be worst we only have one thing to say:
"Human being, historically, only learn by impact" ( thank you David, i will never forget this lesson )

I would have to agree with Jose on this one. It would not be fair to owner of this site if we were to use it to promote other products, such as pc3k, hrt or any other products. You would not go to a BMW forum to promote a Lexus would you? They would kick you out! I guess we gotten a bit out of hand with discussing(promoting) products mentioned above. This forum is here for sharing ideas not lecturing, nor selling of services.
