ST500DM002 - Retry delay

I have a Seagate 3.5" ST500DM002 that suddenly drive get BSY and no ID,
patch rom and try to get terminal crtl+z but no luck, drive keep spamming Retry delay


Any one came across this before?

Thank you for always sharing and helping people here, yes drive is spinning ok no click no spin down,
I very hard to short read channel drive keep showing "Retry delay" but I will keep attempting

Drive is spinning ok, no spin down.

short read channel and spam ctrl+z is quite hard, the drive keep sending Retry delay but I will try
