WD40EFAX loop

Hi,

I have this case, with 2 drives, witch have the same issue, at the exact same moment, on a logical RAID1 on windows :

Drive spins, click twice on DRD/DSC, then spin down, then loop on spin, click twice, spin down. Never gets ready.

Do you see something like this before ?

I assume something wrong on RAID1 writing and both drive parameters corrupted ?

This is an SMR version, and the behavior is most likely related to a damaged T2 translator module.
You can't do this at home.
And whoever works on it needs to know what they're doing, because many people start replacing the heads right away, which doesn't solve the problem and only adds to it.
