Make a boot disk and start it.
Before this Make your drive SM(secondary Master)
Do a SCAN (F4) to see how much the BADs are.
Write zero's to drive (some call it low level format) Be sure to get your important data from the drive. This operation si
DATA DESTRUCTIVE
Do Again SCAN and see how much BADs are on the drive. If they are less or nochange.
You can do a SCAN with oprion realocate.
Sometimes when some sectors are marked as predicted BAD and put in G-list is posible SMART error to disaper after scaning drive a few times
