ST500DM002-1BD142, ready, select model then;DWF, ERR, ABR on

Hi, I am using MRT.

I have :

Seagate Barracuda 500Gb
ST500DM002-1BD142 / 3F Pharaoh
KC48
Capacity (0.00 GB)
Model unable to read

It is READY, no clicking , spindle run normal. After select model then DWF, ERR, ABR light ON . Spindle keep spinning.
Try access SA by ABA, it is no issue all saved with no error.

How to solve this problem ?
