The terminal Output Shows
Rst 0x08M
Rst 0x08M
..
..
Continuously.
The drive didn't detect on Windows and BIOS. The drive didn't spin either!

Please show me some help to recover data from this drive.

The drive's motor is not spinning free! The motor's bearing is jammed I think! What could be the solution??

If you opened the HDD to determine this, the only solution is to throw it in the green bin.
