That is an old 2TB hard disk. It seems to be a USB 3.0 interface which is why donor disks may be hard to find and very expensive.

USB disks are notorious for being locked out of the ROM and trying to find an unlocked logic board will be very difficult.

Worse, I believe this model of disk may be a shingled design which makes writes slower than conventional disks.
