NetApp x427A HGST 0B31903 Encrypted Not working in NetApp

I have around 200 units of NetApp x427A HGST 0B31903 Encrypted Disks. Even though they are NetApp Disks they are not working in NetApp.
I am also not able to format them in the system using sg_utils.
So currently unable to use them at all.
All Disks have 100% health and show up when connected to server and storage.
