I need PCB Firmware for Seagate Barracuda ATA V HDD ST380023A FW 3.31 (ST SMOOTH, and TI SH6950D Versions)

What you want to do with PCB firmware ? You want to recortd the TSOP in an external recorder ?

In Barracuda ATA V firmware is stored in serial flash (M25P05, AT25F1024)
Flash was erased by terminal function T>f0000,eeee
