who is interest on co-operate with me

hello everyone
I had worked on hdd repair for several years and have some experience on it.
Often i collect some useful articles about hdd fix on each forum.
But work is very busy every day and i have no time to translate them into English.
Now i plan to hire an expert translator to translate those articles and books.
Hire an expert translator maybe cost 100USD$ per month in china.
so i want some one who interest on it can share the fee with me and we can share all the articles.
For example : if there are 4 person , each one only pay 25 USD$ per month to get these articles. At least we can finished 10 articles per month.

Hire an "Expert Translator" cost $100 per month, r u joking or something? $100 per month you can hire an expert part-time student in China.
