Help with WD200EB

Hy I have a WD200EB 00CSF0 have a rare problem when i try to access using pc3000 its showing this registers BSY DRDY and DSC for a long long time some times make knock , sound but not always after a long time and increase the time for waiting, its able to start in standard mode then when try to recalibrate the same have to wait for a long long time, and read and sucess, does any one could know o have a experience like this with this model? i have used safe mode, without HDA and be able to read ROM and test PCB and no problem , show this test
