 Post subject: Flash chip in fujitsu MPF/MPG

Is there a way to know if the flash chip in fujitsu MPF/MPG series is write once? As far as i know i just have seen the Sanyo le28f1101t chip, but some of them refuse to get write (although reading is fine), even in external eprom writer ...
