Using the MHDD, command scan it reports in 100% with SSSS=IDNF. Version of the FW: 06.04G06

no need to rewrite all damaged module

25 - module contain tranaslator ( critical for data protection )
29 - SMART
2D - SMART

very often is enough to overwrite
only smart module (29 , 2D) and
after that action ALL other previously damaged module become OK

for it rewrites them necessary of some external archive? (* ldr * rpm * bin)

OK.
1. Recalculate the translator. This will fix module 25h and the drive might become operatable. It will give SMART fail error.
2. Copy modules 29h and 2Dh from a good drive and write them to your drive.
3. Scan the drive for errors and repair them by using MHDD.

P.S. I'm afraid, however, that you don't have the tools and expertise to implement steps 1 and 2.
