 Post subject: WD200EB and Raw Read Error Rate

i have 4 hd same model (WD200EB-00CSF0) purchased 4-5yr ago with this error and 1 working but starting to fail...any way to solve that?
in the bad disks i have smart status bad, i downloaded victoria and it says:
Raw read error rate
val 1 worst 1 tresh 51 raw 6878.
and i have the Reallocate Sector Count raw number in red:
val 183 worst 183 Tresh 140 Raw 256
Any way to solve this? (i dont have any data to recover....i just want to know if there is any way to use this disk again or i have to trow 4 disk to trash :S)
