I/O error in the Flash Drive ...!

Hi to all in these cool forums....!:

I have a problem with a 1GB pen-drive :
I can't format , write or read in it...I've tried to wipe the content of the drive, format and anything else... :!:

I've tried with the MHDD utilities but the program gives me a fatal error...it seems hard related...but i don't know...
Any idea how to fix it ...?...or I must send to the bin the crappy flash drive...! :lol:

I'm awaiting for a Kind answer on the topic...!

I'm afraid it is a HW failure, and probably there is nothing to do with SW.
