Fujitsu MAM3184MC Manufa Sep 2002 Fails and Oct 2002 passes.

I have 20 of these drives IBM Fru#06P5348. 19 manufactured Sep 2002 and 1 Oct 2002. The 19 come up NOT READY and the 1 passes"MHDD". I can't beleave that all 19 are bad. Has anybody heard of this before and is there a fix for them???

Really? Fujitsu MAM drives is SCSI drives, ALLEGRO series. AFAIK acelab don't support SCSI Fujitsu :wink:

Unfortunality we don't have too many BAD SCSI Fujitsu, so can't say what happen to your drive remotely :( Anyway SCSI drives not so stupid, as ATA drives, so you must get "sence" codes for you drives, this can say additional info...
