Hi,

I have a WD400 which is recognized by BIOS but it takes some time.
Directories and files can be seen in dos.
I tried to make a copy using Media Tools but it gives error for all.
I tried to scan the drive in MHDD and it gives all SSSSSSSSS...

Hi,

I suppose it has some unreadable FW modules, probably the translator and SMART mods.
