WD head replacment. ''the evil drive''

guys, i followed the tutorial
''Head Stack Replacement''. I have a 'satan_personal_drive' WD 400EB | i got a working one, and swaped the pcb's and heads (took me a lot of time and practiced with a couple of already deads hdds previously).
Now, the hdd makes the click of death...and afetr 2 mins of doing it it stops spinning.

I tried to do the screwdriver 'in the axis' thing but didnt achieve it...it keeps 'clicking'
Could you develop this part a bit more guys?

screwdriver axis thing is a myth.

Even perfect DCM match for these drives gives problem.
First option is to "clean" native heads.

When replacing cover insert all screws loosest possible,
Then press very, very hard with thumb at central screw
at head stack - then keeping pressure on cover tighten this
screw, then do others.

If it does not work first time repeat and shift cover plate until
all screws are central over screw holes before pressing.....

be careful, during this process many small aluminium particles
come off cover and can get onto platter.

I know this document; I thought that you guys had a technique of cleaning heads. But I guess I misunderstood. Thanks for the reply though.
