I have found an exact match for my logic board

It really is an exact match (every single number and letter). From what I read in this forum it may well solve my problems (I burnt out something on the logic board - the actual disk/drive - I hope - is otherwise functionable)

But I have a stupid question! When it arrives, is it an easy (mechanical) job to replace the logic board? - I see I shall need to unscrew the little screws but is there a special technique for the actual mechanics of physically changing the logic board? When the screws are out does the logic board just lift out? How do you put it back?

Yes it will be very easy. Just unscrew them, lift the board, replace and put everything back into place.

before u put new logic board....

u must check that HDA ( inside of HDD ) is ok...

HDA could also be burnt and after putting new board on disk,
it will be burnt also.....
