how to disable "Power-up in Standby Feature Set" (unwanted I her enable) on drive WDC3200KS 320GB Caviar SE16 SATA, iv got have motherboard MSI 875P Neo-FIS2R {http://www.msi.com.tw/program/products/mainboard/mbd/pro_mbd_detail.php?UID=434} , drive don't spinup & not accesible.

i need software utils to spinup drive in dos of how disable this feature?

it's my 2nd drive ,don't boot ,post report drive failiture

how to send to drive commnad "EFh" & features "07h" in dos (MHDD or other software)
