I downloaded MRT there was no manual with it so i searched on the internet and this is the only help i could find regarding MRT . Its in bad english . So i couldnt understand a little i have some question
regarding this that i have mentioned in the end .

MRT introduction

MRT is a simplification the PC3000 MT firmware operation. It solved PC3000 insufficiency which operated to the firmware, its save a lot of time for the user which communicate to the firmware. It had supplemented PC3000 certain of insufficiency, and increased some new functions.

Basic function:

Module Diagnostic, Module Repair, SRT Adjustment, Manectics Head Terminate, Bad Sector Repairing (Glist, Plist, etc)

MRT Installation:

When install MRT software run the Client.exe file, and generate the register.txt. The register.txt must send to us (For Registration). Extract MRT zip file to the C:\MRT, then add this path=c:\mrt into autoexec.bat file.

***** After install MRT software, can't change any hardware component (Memory, HDD, CPU etc)

1.adjust SPT – repair the red and green sector

Example 6Y080LO head 3 is main head, if section 0 occur bad sector: 000XXX000XXX, then change SPT2 as 0000, SPT3 reserve, than mean terminate the head 2.

2.check mods: diagnosetic modules

3.repair mods: reparing modules

4.screen head: terminate head

5.adjust track: add bad sector into defect lisr

After using MRT, adjust SPT, screen head and adjust track than must using PC3000 ISA rewrite all RPM file, no need restore Module Groups else restore previous point.

check module, and repair module, need write module, disconnect power, power on from menu, translator restegenation. If problem persists, clear P and Glist, then translator regeneration, if need data then must backuo module groups and restore back.

New Functions

1 6E, 2F, 4R, 6Y, - Support Self Scan

2 SA Module Repair, - auto find the U-list module, and regenerate the new U-list module groupd

3 Restore G-list, P-list, H-list defects

4 Restore U-list

5 SA Module Selfscan
SA Module Selfscan procedure can capture module, repairing modules and restore module

How to identify which one of the head is bad in adjust spt section ?

There are zones in Adjust SPT option how to calculate which zone to disable head according to LBA ?

The Last line written SA Module selfscan whats this ?
does it mean that by using someothere selfscan procedure it could repair damaged modules ?

This is the Chinese people developed around 2003 there, mainly for Maxtor firmware repair, module repair, cut head, Edition SPT, re-define the main head, before the PCI3000 is no moment when it will be supporting ISA PC3000 Maxtor hard drive repair
